Who are we?
Softpak offers an integrated logistics solution for port-related businesses such as shipping lines and shipping agents, logistics service providers (WMS), freight forwarders (including customs), and container terminals and depots.
Softpak’s customers are based in the ports of the Netherlands, including Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Moerdijk and Vlissingen; in Belgium, including Antwerp; in other European ports such as Felixstowe, Dublin, Belfast and Helsinki; and throughout the rest of the world.
Fifty employees are constantly working to improve and update Softpak’s software packages to give Softpak’s customers a competitive edge.
Softpak’s head office is located in Ridderkerk, the Netherlands (5 kilometres from the city of Rotterdam). Its subsidiaries, Box-IT and BoxVision – which specialise in Container Depot & Repair and Container Terminal Management respectively – are also based in Ridderkerk.
